Anti-seepage structure of expansion joints of coal conveying trestle and gallery
The invention discloses an anti-seepage structure of expansion joints of a coal conveying trestle and a gallery. The anti-seepage structure comprises a folded plate bottom die; the folded plate bottomdie partially extends to the bottom of the coal conveying trestle or the gallery, an opposite side of the folded plate bottom die makes contact with and is fixed to a base layer, and the middle of the folded plate bottom die extends into an expansion joint; the anti-seepage structure further comprises a water stop belt structure integrated on the upper portion of the coal conveying trestle or gallery and the upper portion of the base layer, and a steel plate frame laid outside the water stop belt structure; and a stainless steel cover plate structure is arranged at the upper portion of the coal conveying trestle or gallery and the base layer and is positioned at an outer base layer of the steel plate frame, and a contact position of the folded plate bottom die with the coal conveying trestle or the gallery and a contact position of the folded plate bottom die with the base layer are sealed through sealants. According to the structure, the V-shaped folded plate bottom die is adopted, the water stop belt and the steel plate frame are used for protecting a concrete layer and achieving waterproofing, then the stainless steel cover plate is used as a surface layer structure, it is guaranteed that the expansion joint has a good waterproof effect, and the stainless steel cover plate is more attractive.
本发明公开了一种输煤栈桥、廊道伸缩缝的防渗结构,包括折板底模;折板底模部分延伸至输煤栈桥或廊道的底部、折板底模相对一侧与基层接触并固定,折板底模的中部位置延伸至伸缩缝内;该防渗结构还包括集成于输煤栈桥或廊道与基层上部的止水带结构;以及铺设于止水带结构外部的钢板框;输煤栈桥或廊道与基层的上部、并位于钢板框的外部基层有不锈钢盖板结构;折板底模与输煤栈桥或廊道的接触处、以及折板底模与基层的接触处均通过密封胶密封处理。本发明的结构采用V型折板底模,并且利用止水带、钢板框对混凝土层起到防护,实现防水,再利用不锈钢盖板做面层结构,不仅保证了伸缩缝处具有良好的防水效果,并且不锈钢盖板还更美观。
