A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention discloses a grouting construction method for radius-controllable deep holes. The method includes the following steps that firstly, according to the situation of a construction site and construction requirements, parameters of the grouting holes and grouting parameters are determined; secondly, according to the parameters, acquired in the first step, of the grouting holes, the holes are distributed and a locating hole is prefabricated; thirdly, according to the grouting parameters acquired in the first step, paste is prepared, and the paste diffusion radius is controlled by adjusting the gelation time of the paste, wherein the paste is mixed paste of cement-water glass and modified water glass paste; fourthly, a locating hole segmenting broaching method is adopted for drilling the grouting holes and a backward type segmenting grouting method is adopted for deep hole grouting; and fifthly, after the grouting finish standard is reached, grouting is stopped. By the adoption of the method, the diffusion radius of the paste can be effectively controlled, a loose soil layer can be reinforced, waste of redundant paste is avoided, and the environment can be prevented from being polluted.
