The invention discloses an amphibious shovel loader and belongs to the field of engineering machines. The amphibious shovel loader comprises a rack, a crawler-type drive device arranged on the rack, a scraper knife arranged in front of the rack and a conveying device arranged on the rack and located behind the scraper knife. The scraper knife is in linkage with the conveying device. The crawler-type drive device pushes the scraper knife to move forwards to push or pile up materials, and then the materials are conveyed backwards through the conveying device. According to the amphibious shovel loader, materials shoveled by the scraper knife are conveyed through the conveying belt, no excavator bucket and other auxiliary material taking devices are needed, shoveling and loading efficiency is improved, the use range is broadened, mechanical wear is lowered, and economical benefits are increased. When used on land, the amphibious shovel loader can be used for loading of earthwork, material piles, gravel mineral aggregate, large material blocks and the like and can be used for pile-up of bulk materials, and the area is level. When working underwater, the amphibious shovel loader can be used for riverways, reservoirs, ponds and the like and is high in sludge removal efficiency, the water content of sludge is low, the dredged riverbed is level, and the amphibious shovel loader can adapt to various complex environments.
