The invention provides a working device of a shovel loader. The working device comprises a movable arm, a movable arm oil cylinder, a bucket rod, bucket rod oil cylinders, a rocker arm, a connecting rod, bucket oil cylinders and a bucket. One end of the movable arm is hinged with a frame of the shovel loader, and the other end of the movable arm is hinged with the first end of the bucket rod; thesecond end of the bucket rod is hinged with the bucket; one end of the movable arm oil cylinder is hinged with the frame, and the other end of the movable arm oil cylinder is hinged with the movable arm; one end of each bucket rod oil cylinder is hinged with the frame, and the other end of each bucket rod oil cylinder is hinged with the bucket rod; one end of each bucket oil cylinder is hinged with the bucket rod, and the other end of each bucket oil cylinder is hinged with the first end of the rocker arm; and the second end of the rocker arm is hinged with the first end of the connecting rod,and the second end of the connecting rod is hinged with the bucket. According to the working device of the shovel loader, the structural strength is high, the two bucket oil cylinders and the two bucket rod oil cylinders are adopted, the dig-up force of the bucket is large, the bucket with the large bucket capacity is arranged, and the shovel loading efficiency is high; and the movable arm is driven by the movable arm oil cylinder to swing, the structure is compact, operation is simple, the shovel loading distance can be adjusted, and operation in a small-space roadway can be met.
