The structure comprises a main knife plate, a wear-resisting plate and a screw, wherein three rectangular insertion grooves which extend in the length direction of the main knife plate and are distributed in the width direction of the main knife plate are formed in the surface of one side of the main knife plate, a screw hole which extends in the width direction of the main knife plate is formed in the main knife plate, and an opening of the screw hole is located on the end face of the main knife plate; the screw hole penetrates through the three insertion grooves and is matched with the screw; two rectangular clamp bars which are distributed in the width direction of the main knife plate and extend in the length direction of the main knife plate are arranged on the surface of one side of the wear-resisting plate, the size and shape of the clamp bars correspond to those of the insertion grooves, and the clamp bars are detachably matched with the insertion grooves. By the adoption of the structure, the relative positions of the wear-resisting plate and the main knife plate can be adjusted continuously and quickly along with the abrasion of the wear-resisting plate, the utilization rate of the wear-resisting plate is maximized, and production efficiency is improved.
