The invention discloses an environment-friendly and water-saving device, which comprises a collecting tank, wherein a water storage tank is arranged below the collecting tank; water flowing pipes which are communicated with the water storage tank are arranged on two sides of the collecting tank; the water storage tank comprises a filter cavity and a storage cavity; the filter cavity is arranged above the storage cavity; the lower part of the water storage tank is connected to a water suction pump by virtue of a water outlet pipe; a water spraying pipe is additionally connected to the water suction pump; and a spraying nozzle is arranged on the water spraying pipe. The water-saving device disclosed by the invention can achieve full use of rainwater in life, so as to achieve effects of saving water and protecting environment.
