The invention discloses an environment-friendly water-saving device. The environment-friendly water-saving device comprises a rainwater collecting structure, a rainwater filtering well and a domestic sewage collecting structure, wherein the rainwater collecting structure comprises strip-shaped water outlets which are respectively formed along sidewalks on two sides of a road or the inner side edge of a green belt and the edge of the road in a community; a strip-shaped water draining groove is formed below each strip-shaped water outlet; the rainwater filtering well communicates with the strip-shaped water draining grooves; a water outlet in the rainwater filtering well is further connected with a water collecting well through a first water tube; and the water collecting well is arranged at the bottom of the green belt. Rainwater and domestic sewage are selectively collected and are used for greening, and water resources are saved.
