The invention discloses a rainwater collection and drainage system for solving the problem of urban water logging. The rainwater collection and drainage system comprises a permeable pavement and an inverted-U-shaped bearing rainwater pipe arranged in the permeable pavement. The permeable pavement comprises a water absorbing layer, a stabilizing layer, a filling layer and a cast-in-place cement layer which are sequentially stacked from top to bottom. The lower end face of the inverted-U-shaped bearing rainwater pipe is connected with the upper surface of the cast-in-place cement layer, and the upper end face is located in the stabilizing layer; a plurality of water leakage holes are formed in the two side faces of the inverted-U-shaped bearing rainwater pipe; the rainwater collection and drainage system further comprises a rainwater collecting pool, the inverted-U-shaped bearing rainwater pipe is communicated with the rainwater collecting pool, and waterproof ditch walls are arranged at the left side and the right side of the permeable pavement. The system is simple in structure and convenient to use, an urban water drainage system and a water collection system are integrated, urban water logging can be avoided, rainwater resources can be fully utilized, and waste of water resources is avoided.

The system is simple in structure and convenient to use, an urban water drainage system and a water collection system are integrated, urban water logging can be avoided, rainwater resources can be fully utilized, and waste of water resources is avoided.
