Concrete pump pipe cleaning water recycling system
The invention provides a concrete pump pipe cleaning water recycling system, which comprises a concrete pump pipe and a pump cleaning pipe, wherein the pump cleaning pipe runs through a high building from top to bottom; the bottom of the pump cleaning pipe extends outwards to be positioned above a pool, and cleaning water is discharged into the pool; the pool is of a multistage communicated structure and sequentially comprises a primary sedimentation tank, a secondary sedimentation tank and a sediment water collecting tank, wherein the sediment water collecting tank is communicated with a purified water tank; the purified water tank is additionally communicated with a rainwater collecting tank; and a pressure pump is arranged inside the purified water tank, so as to pump water into a self-spraying system pipeline. The cleaning water recycling system disclosed by the invention is simple in structure; the cleaning water recycling system is capable of filtering and recovering clean water which is used for cleaning the concrete pump pipe, so as to eliminate potential risk factors and pollution in an emission process; and through recycling in combination with the rainwater collecting device, so as to avoid waste of water resource.
