The invention particularly relates to a jacking construction method capable of recycling a concrete pump pipe. The method is characterized by comprising the steps that a column built-in reinforcing plate is welded to a feeding port of a column body in the machining stage, a bolt is built in advance, and the inner side of a bolt column is firmly welded and fixed; an out-column pump pipe joint leans against the column body and is fastened through the bolt fixed on the column built-in reinforcing plate, so that the lateral displacement of the pump pipe joint is reduced; a stop valve and the pump pipe joint are connected with the out-column pump pipe joint; dismantling is conducted, specifically, the connection between the column side concrete and a pump workshop is disconnected; the connection between the in-column concrete and the pump pipe joint is disconnected; the pump pipe joint and the stop valve are dismounted; and the out-column pump pipe joint is separated from the column body. Two-stage stop valves are arranged, so that the joint pump pipe can be recycled; a pump pipe cutting head does not need to be cut off, contact surface separation can be achieved through bolt dismounting and steel hammer knocking, the construction difficulty is lowered, and labor input is reduced; and the column body joint surface concrete is formed when the concrete inside and outside the column is separated, and the surface is smoother and more attractive after solidification.
本发明具体是一种混凝土泵管可循环利用的顶升施工方法;其特征是:包括柱内置加强板在加工阶段焊接在柱身送料口部位,并提前内置螺栓,螺栓柱内侧焊牢固定;将柱外泵管接头靠在柱身上,通过柱内置加强板上固定的螺栓紧固,减少其侧向位移;将截止阀和泵管接头与柱外泵管接头相连;拆除:断开柱侧混凝土与泵车间的联系;断开柱内混凝土与泵管接头间的联系;将泵管接头和截止阀卸下;柱外泵管接头柱身分离。本发明通过设两级截止阀,使接头泵管能够循环使用;泵管切头不再需要切除,通过拆卸螺栓和钢锤敲击即可实现接触面分离,降低施工难度,减少人工投入;柱身接头面混凝土在柱内外混凝土分离时已成型,凝固后表面更加光滑、美观。
