Self-resetting mild steel energy-dissipating brace
The invention relates to the technical field of frame-bracing structures, in particular to a self-resetting mild steel energy-dissipating brace, comprising an outer covering steel tube, a core mechanism disposed inside the outer covering steel tube, a mild steel energy-dissipating mechanism, a self-resetting mechanism, and a clamping mechanism. When an earthquake occurs, input energy of the earthquake can be dissipated by the mild steel energy-dissipating mechanism, and earthquake response of a main structure may also be reduced; after the earthquake acts, the brace is capable of restoring to the original state under effect of the self-resetting mechanism, and thus residual deformation of the whole structure is reduced and even eliminated; additionally, compared with an existing self-resetting brace, during post-earthquake repairing, service functions of the whole brace can be restored just by removing the clamping mechanism to replace mild steel plates press-fitted to an outer wall face of the outer covering steel tube, without replacing the whole brace; meanwhile, the mild steel plates are also easy to replace, thus the difficulty and cost of the post-earthquake repairing are greatly reduced.
