The invention provides a stone wet hanging method and a stone wet hanging structure for a gypsum aerated brick wall surface. The method comprises the following steps of (S1) wall surface cleaning, (S2) wall surface level surveying, line snapping and positioning, (S3) material preparation, (S4) hole opening and screw penetrating, (S5) waterproof layer construction, (S6) galvanized iron mesh hanging, (S7) gauging, arrangement fixing and grouting of stone of a bottom layer, and (S8) gauging, arrangement fixing and grouting of stone of upper layers. The stone wet hanging method for the gypsum aerated brick wall surface comprises a gypsum aerated brick wall, a galvanized iron mesh, a cement mortar layer, a plurality of rows of stone, copper wires, screws and a plurality of pieces of flat iron; the gypsum aerated brick wall is built by a plurality of rows of gypsum aerated bricks; the galvanized iron mesh is fixed on the front surface of the gypsum aerated brick wall; the cement mortar layer is solidified and shaped on the galvanized iron mesh; the rows of stone are fixedly adhered to the cement mortar layer; and the flat iron is matched with the width of the gypsum aerated brick wall. Stone can be hung on the gypsum aerated brick wall in a wet manner by cement mortar, and the shortcoming that the cement mortar cannot be plastered on the gypsum aerated brick wall is overcome.
