The invention provides a preparing method of local relief embossing wall paper. The preparing method comprises the following steps of: coating hydrophobing agents onto the surface of a wall paper substrate to form a hydrophobing layer; locally coating foaming slurry onto the surface of the hydrophobing layer, and then performing plasticization to form a plasticization layer; setting patterns on the surface of the plasticization layer to form a foaming layer; and heating the foaming layer, and meanwhile, embossing the patterns to obtain the local relief embossing wall paper. The method provided by the invention has the advantages that in the process of preparing the local relief embossing wall paper, the hydrophobing agents coat on the surface of the substrate for preparation to obtain the hydrophobing layer; the hydrophobing layer can reduce the extension and retraction generated in the process of preparing the local relief embossing wall paper from the substrate, so that the pattern embossing precision of the foaming layer is improved; and the local relief embossing wall paper obtained through being prepared by the method provided by the invention has good embossing precision. Experiment results show that the embossing precision of the local relief embossing wall paper prepared by the method provided by the invention is lower than or equal to 0.5mm. The invention also provides the local relief embossing wall paper.

The invention provides a preparing method of local relief embossing wall paper. The method provided by the invention has the advantages that in the process of preparing the local relief embossing wall paper, the hydrophobing agents coat on the surface of the substrate for preparation to obtain the hydrophobing layer; the hydrophobing layer can reduce the extension and retraction generated in the process of preparing the local relief embossing wall paper from the substrate, so that the pattern embossing precision of the foaming layer is improved; and the local relief embossing wall paper obtained through being prepared by the method provided by the invention has good embossing precision. Experiment results show that the embossing precision of the local relief embossing wall paper prepared by the method provided by the invention is lower than or equal to 0.5mm. The invention also provides the local relief embossing wall paper.
