The present invention relates to a wall insulation system assembly having embossed panels. According to the present invention, the wall insulation system assembly having the embossed panels comprises: a plurality of insulation frames which comprise: a top frame installed on the front side of a wall; a bottom frame installed on the rear side of the wall; a lattice rebar bent in a zigzag shape and extended to be long in between the top frame and bottom frame; and a frame insulation material placed between the top frame and bottom frame, and which are vertically installed at intervals on the wall; an insulation material put between the insulation frames in a lattice shape; a plurality of horizontal materials horizontally installed at joint intervals to cross the plurality of insulation frames from the front side of the insulation frames; a horizontal material fixing plate combined with the horizontal materials on the top side and bottom side of the horizontal materials to combine and fixate the horizontal materials on the insulation frames; and embossed panels installed in all directions on the front side of the insulation frames and the horizontal materials to finish the wall, to, when a vibration occurs in a building by an earthquake, lean within a certain scope to relieve the vibration occurring in the building or to absorb the vibration, and to have a bumpy external surface. Accordingly, the present invention allows interior and exterior materials for finishing a wall to express a variety of patterns and textures, to maximize a beautifying effect of the interior and exterior materials, and to make a surface area extended by other panels of the same size, thereby improving the bending strength, etc., strengthening the structure, and preventing contamination by dust, etc.
본 발명에 따른 엠보싱패널을 갖춘 벽체단열시스템조립체는: 벽체에 설치시 전방에 배치되는 상부프레임과, 벽체에 설치시 후방에 배치되는 하부프레임과, 상기 상부프레임 및 상기 하부프레임의 사이에서 지그재그 형태로 절곡되며 길게 연장되는 래티스 철근과, 상기 상부프레임 및 상기 하부프레임의 사이에 충진된 프레임단열재로 이루어지며, 벽체에 수직하게 설치되고, 상호 이격 배치되게 설치된 복수의 단열프레임; 상기 단열프레임의 사이에 격자 넣기로 충진된 단열재; 상기 단열프레임의 전방에서 상기 복수의 단열프레임을 가로지르도록 줄눈간격으로 수평하게 설치된 복수의 수평재; 상기 수평재의 상 하부에서 상기 수평재와 결합 되며, 상기 수평재를 상기 단열프레임에 결합 및 고정하는 수평재고정판; 및, 상기 단열프레임과 상기 수평재의 전방에 상하좌우 방향으로 설치되어 벽체를 마감하며, 지진에 의해 건물에 진동이 발생 되면 일정 범위 내에서 기울어져 건물에서 발생 되는 진동을 완화하도록 하거나 또는 진동을 흡수하도록 구비되고, 외부 표면이 울퉁불퉁한 모양이 표현되게 형성된 엠보싱패널;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 벽체를 마감하는 내외장재가 다양한 문양과 질감을 표현하도록 마련됨으로써 내외장재에 의한 심미적 효과가 극대화되고, 동일크기의 다른 패널에 비해 표면적이 확장되도록 하여 휨강도 등을 개선함으로써 구조적으로도 강화되며, 먼지 등에 의해 오염되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 엠보싱패널을 갖춘 벽체단열시스템조립체를 제공할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a wall insulation system assembly having embossed panels.
