Underpinning device for tunnel to pass through existing large-diameter pile building
The invention discloses an underpinning device for a tunnel to pass through an existing large-diameter pile building. The underpinning device comprises an underpinning beam (2), wherein the two tail ends of the underpinning beam (2) are provided with underpinning bases (6); underpinning miniature piles (1) are arranged in the middle of the underpinning beam (2); each underpinning miniature pile (1) is arranged in the peripheral direction of a corresponding existing building strut (5) and a building large-diameter pile (3); the upper end of each underpinning miniature pile (1) is provided with an L-shaped steel plate (4); each L-shaped steel plate (4) is connected with the corresponding existing building strut (5); and each underpinning miniature pile (1) is connected with the underpinning beam (2) through steel plates (7). The load of an existing building is transferred onto the underpinning beam (2) and the underpinning bases (6) through the underpinning miniature piles (1). The underpinning device is suitable for the construction of an underground tunnel passing through the existing building; the underpinning can be performed without dismounting the existing building; meanwhile, the construction reinforcement on the tunnel is completed, so that the influence on the existing building is reduced; the construction cost is reduced; and the defects in the existing foundation underpinning technology are overcome.

The underpinning device is suitable for the construction of an underground tunnel passing through the existing building; the underpinning can be performed without dismounting the existing building; meanwhile, the construction reinforcement on the tunnel is completed, so that the influence on the existing building is reduced; the construction cost is reduced; and the defects in the existing foundation underpinning technology are overcome.
