The invention discloses a tunnel pile foundation underpinning construction method. The construction method comprises the following steps that S100, construction preparation is conducted; s200, a tunnel is constructed to an underpinning pile through a step method; s300, an advance support is constructed; s400, pile body concrete is broken and removed, and a primary support is constructed; s500, soil bodies on the two sides of the lower portion of the underpinning pile are excavated, and primary support sealing is conducted in time; s600, a side wall and an arch part second lining are poured; s700, after the second lining concrete reaches the design strength, the temporary cross braces are dismantled; s800, a bottom plate is constructed; and S900, the steps S200 to S800 are repeated till underpinning of all the pile foundations is completed. According to the tunnel pile foundation underpinning construction method, conversion of the load of the fire pool by the primary support and the secondary lining of the tunnel is effectively utilized, safety and normal use of the fire pool structure are guaranteed, the work amount is small, and investment can be saved. By means of the mechanism of passive underpinning, the pile foundations invading the tunnel are chiseled away and cut one by one step by step by means of the bearing capacity of the pile foundations, and safety and normal use of the fire pool structure are guaranteed.
