The invention provides a method capable of increasing the number of parked vehicles in unit three-dimensional garage capacity of a building facility attached garage stretching over a lane. A three-dimensional garage consisting of at least one layer of parking surface is arranged above an intersection of two lanes (4) or above single lane (4) and is supported by a support structure (3) in the position of a ground lane boundary line (5). The parking surface consists of a parking lot (2) with a hard material paved road surface and parking spaces (7) with road surfaces served by horizontal electromechanical automatic conveying devices in a coexistence structure form. The parking surface of the three-dimensional garage is connected with the lane (4) in two manners: one is through one pair of guide lanes (1) guiding drivers to drive vehicles in/out of the parking lot (2) by selves; the other is in a manner that lifter vehicle carrying vertical lifting and horizontal electromechanical conveying devices carry vehicles in/out of the parking spaces (7). The unit three-dimensional parking capacity is maximum when the ratio of parked large vehicles to parked small vehicles is fixed.
