An upturning effort-saving mechanism for an upturning device comprises a fixed element, a connecting arm component and a fixed base, wherein a first spring and a second spring are arranged on the fixed element, the connecting arm component at least comprises a first connecting arm, a second connecting arm and a third connecting arm, the second connecting arm and the third connecting arm are hinged together, and an included angle A is formed between the second connecting arm and the third connecting arm; one end of the first spring acts on the position where the first connecting arm and the second connecting arm are hinged together, and the other end of the first spring acts on the fixed element; the fixed base can be overturned to be opened relative to the fixed element, and an opening acting force is generated through the first spring at least when the included angle A is an inferior angle to enable the fixed base to be opened automatically on the fixed element; the fixed base can be overturned to be closed relative to the fixed element, and a closing acting force is generated through the first spring at least when the included angle A is a superior angle to enable the fixed base to be closed automatically on the fixed element; the second spring generates an acting force opposite to that of the first spring at least when the fixed base is overturned relative to the fixed element and the included angle A is a superior angle so as to partially counteract the closing acting force generated by the first spring; practicality is high.
