Waterproof and cracking-resistant modified superfine slag powder and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a waterproof and cracking-resistant modified superfine slag powder, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 960-980 parts of slag, 8-10 parts of nano rubber powder, 0.1-0.5 part of triethanolamine, 0.1-0.3 part of triisopropanolamine, 0.5-0.7 part of alumina sol, 0.5-0.8 part of nano polytetrafluoroethylene, 80-100 parts of desulfurization gypsum, 0.3-0.4 part of sodium nitrate, and 0.2-0.3 part of sulfur powder. Through the utilization of triethanolamine, triisopropanolamine, desulfurization gypsum, alumina sol, sodium nitrate and sulfur powder, residual charges on the surface of the slag powder can be shielded, the rupture of Si-O bonds in slag is promoted, and the coalescence of fine powder is prevented, thereby achieving the purpose of saving energy consumption and reducing mechanical wear; and through the utilization of nano polytetrafluoroethylene and nano rubber powder, the surface energy is reduced, and the particle aggregation is prevented, so that the dispersion of powder can be improved, and the water repellency and cracking resistance of concrete can be improved.
