Copper-based composite material used for cylinder liner and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a copper-based composite material used for a cylinder liner and a preparation method thereof. The composite material comprises the following components by weight: 4 to 10 parts of ceramic powder, 12 to 20 parts of copper oxide, 2 to 5 parts of copper sulfate, 14 to 24 parts of epoxy resin, 1 to 5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 3 to 8 parts of lemongrass extract, 3 to 8 parts of silver oxide, 5 to 9 parts of silicon nitride, 0.4 to 0.8 part of calcium silicate and 2 to 5 parts of glycerin. The preparation method comprises the following steps: subjecting the copper oxide, the copper sulfate, the epoxy resin, the silver oxide, the silicon nitride and the calcium silicate to mixing and grinding, then adding the ceramic powder, and carrying out melting under the high temperature of 2000 to 2500 DEG C so as to obtain a first mixture; then adding the polyvinyl alcohol, the lemongrass extract and the glycerin into the first mixture, carrying out heating to 28 to 30 DEG C, and carrying out spray drying so as to obtain a second mixture; and pouring the second mixture into a single-screw granulator and carrying out granulation so as to obtain the copper-based composite material. The cylinder liner prepared from the copper-based composite material provided by the invention has the advantages of low cost, good thermal conductivity and wear resistance.
