Decorative sheet and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a decorative sheet and a preparation method thereof. The decorative sheet comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of diatom ooze, 7-15 parts of titanium dioxide, 5-10 parts of talc powder, 8-15 parts of tourmaline, 10-20 parts of perlite and 40-60 parts of building gypsum powder. The decorative sheet is prepared by the following steps: (1) according to component composition, uniformly mixing the diatom ooze, the titanium dioxide, the talc powder, the tourmaline, the perlite and the building gypsum powder with water to obtain a mixed material; and (2) performing curing molding on the mixed material in a mechanical film-forming belt or mold, demolding to obtain a blocky solid plate, and drying the blocky solid plate. The decorative sheet disclosed by the invention has functions of removing formaldehyde, resisting bacteria and refreshing air, can be used as a decorative material for indoor ceiling boards and inner wall plates, and meets requirements, of people, on environment-friendly and healthy living environments. The preparation method of the decorative sheet disclosed by the invention is simple in process, has no adverse effect on operating staffs and is suitable for industrial production.
