Provided is a decorative sheet having an extremely excellent design in which the pattern of a pattern layer and a recess are synchronized. The present invention relates to a decorative sheet which is characterized by having, on one side of a substrate, at least a pattern layer and a transparent resin layer in this order, the pattern layer having a feature portion and a non-feature portion, and the transparent resin layer having, on the opposite side to the side having the pattern layer, a recessed portion (D1) synchronized with the feature portion of the pattern layer. The pattern layer has a recess (D2) located in the lamination direction of the recess (D1) on the side opposite to the side having the substrate, and the depth (H) of the recess (D1) is greater than the depth (h) of the recess (D2).
