Firing process for black sand pottery
The invention discloses a firing process for a black sand pottery. The firing process comprises the following steps: crushing and mixing clay, white bole, hematite and calcined coal ash according to desired weight percentages and carrying out uniform mixing under stirring so as to obtain a mixed material A; subjecting the mixed material A to throwing or compression molding and carrying out flower installation and engraving so as to obtain a green body B; drying the green body B at room temperature in the air or drying the green body B in a drying kiln and sintering a product obtained after air-drying or kiln-drying in a sintering furnace so as to obtain a crude pottery C; and before the crude pottery C is cooled, transferring the crude pottery C to another pit and carrying out glazing so as to obtain the fine black sand pottery. According to the invention, by adjusting a formula and sintering temperature for the black sand pottery, the prepared black sand pottery has a hard structure, beautiful appearance, good resistance to acid and alkali corrosion and long service life; meanwhile, the prepared black sand pottery is free of any radioactive element, contains a certain amount of active carbon, has the advantages of water retention performance, air permeability, heat insulating ability and the like and is an optimal option for ecological living.
