The invention discloses a preparation method of high-density LaBSiO5. The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking La2O3, H3BO3 and SiO2 (white powder) as raw materials, taking NaF as a fluxing agent, and sintering for two times at 1000 DEG C by doping CaCO3 to obtain the high-density LaBSiO5 powder. According to the method, Ca<2+> ions are doped into LaBSiO5 to adjust the grain boundary moving speed in a sintering process of LaBSiO5 so as to eliminate gas holes and promote continuous growth among grains at the same time, so that a densified LaBSiO5 polycrystalline structure is finally obtained. The radii between the Ca<2+> ions and La<3+> ions are similar, and the doping of the Ca<2+> ions cannot change the physical phase of LaBSiO5.
