Water-permeable brick and production process thereof
The invention provides a water-permeable brick and production process thereof. The brick is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 35 to 55 parts of iron tailings, 5 to 15 parts of polished waste slags, 20 to 40 parts of coal gangue, 25 to 40 parts of purple clay, 8 to 15 parts of flux and 0.8 to 1.2 parts of a binder. The production process in the invention comprises the following steps: 1) batching; 2) crushing; 3) ball milling and wet mixing; 4) drying; 5) molding; and 6) firing. According to the invention, the iron tailings and the polished waste slags are used as main raw materials, and the coal gangue and the purple clay are added at the same time, so the prepared water-permeable brick has good water permeability, and further improves compressive strength and flexural strength at the same time.
