Preparation method of concrete curing agent
The invention relates to a preparation method of a concrete curing agent and belongs to the field of high polymer materials. According to the preparation method, modified particles, styrene, 2-methyl methacrylate and water are mixed and added to a reaction kettle, temperature programming is performed, the mixture is stirred, and the materials in the reaction kettle form a transparent colloidal solution; the prepared transparent colloidal solution is transferred into a container and cooled, ethylene glycol butyl ether, demethyl phthalate and aliphatic polyester-amide are added to the container respectively, and the mixture is sufficiently stirred and left to stand; the prepared mixed solution is dissolved in methanol, a NaOH methanol solution is added for alcoholysis, the mixture is placed in a microwave oscillator, discharging is performed, and the concrete curing agent can be obtained. The preparation method has the benefits as follows: the film forming property is improved, evaporation of water in concrete can be prevented effectively, a film can be formed within 1-2 h, the water retention rate is higher than 95%, a synthesis process is simple, and the required cost is low.
