The invention discloses a concrete curing agent, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 15 parts of paraffin emulsion, 10 to 20 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 5 to 10 parts of repairing microcapsules, 5 to 8 parts of sodium silicate, 5 to 8 parts of magnesium sulfate, 5 to 8 parts of aluminum sulfate, 4 to 10 parts of animal and plant fibers, 10 to 20 parts of methyl methacrylate, 1 to 1.5 parts of defoaming agents, 1 to 3 parts of flatting agents, 0.2 to 0.4 part of plasticizers and 20 to 30 parts of deionized water. The invention discloses a preparation process of the concrete curing agent, the concrete curing agent is prepared by compounding inorganic components and organic components and is non-toxic, odorless and non-combustible, and the repairing microcapsules are added, so that the mechanical property of concrete is improved while concrete cracks are repaired and bonded, and therefore, the prepared concrete curing agent not only has high water retention and high repairing performance, and can enhance the mechanical property of the concrete structure.
