Method of preparing comb block polycarboxylate superplasticizer bonding modified silica fume
The invention relates to a method of preparing comb block polycarboxylate superplasticizer bonding modified silica fume. The method comprises the steps that firstly, TPEG and AA are adopted to conduct a reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer polymerization reaction under the action of chain transfer agents and initiating agents; secondly, the reactant of TPEG and AA and the mixture of AA and KH570 conduct another reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer polymerization reaction under the action of chain transfer agents and initiating agents; thirdly, the reactant of the above agents reacts with silica fume which is modified by means of surface hydroxylation and then the comb block polycarboxylate superplasticizer bonding modified silica fume can be prepared. The method has the advantages that molecular weight distribution of polycarboxylate superplasticizer becomes narrow and the structure is controllable; the synthetic comb block polycarboxylate superplasticizer and the silica fume subjected to surface hydroxylation bond more easily; the polycarboxylate superplasticizer can be better added to the synthetic comb block polycarboxylate superplasticizer bonding modified silica fume in batch, so labor intensity is reduced, and application of concrete is wider.
