The invention discloses a special device for manufacturing a PM2.5 prevention nano screen window material. The device comprises an acetate fiber steel storage cylinder, a solid glue high-pressure spraying device, a first movable shaft, a first transitional roller, a high-pressure drum, a vacuum drum, a hot-compacting roller, a second transitional roller and a second movable shaft, wherein the first movable shaft, the first transitional roller, the high-pressure drum, the vacuum drum, the hot-compacting roller, the second transitional roller and the second movable shaft are sequentially connected. A sprayer of the solid glue high-pressure spraying device is arranged above a feeding inlet of the first transitional roller. Nano acetate fiber short threads in the acetate fiber steel storage cylinder are conveyed to the high-pressure drum through a pipeline to be sprayed. By means of the special device, chopped nano acetate fiber short threads and strong solid glue are attached to carbon-containing non-woven cloth to form staggered and orderly nanopores, the diameter of the nanopores ranges from 150 nm to 200 nm, the porosity ranges from 90% to 98%, and particles with the aerodynamic diameter larger than 2.5 micrometers in air can be isolated. Meanwhile, good lighting and ventilation effects are kept.
