Manufacturing method of PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) PM2.5-proof window screen and window screen
The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) PM2.5-proof window screen. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting a net-shaped supporting layer; (2) coating an adhesive; (3) preparing a PTFE porous membrane; and (4) compounding. According to the steps, a layer of PTFE porous membrane can be compounded on the net-shaped supporting layer, and the PTFE porous membrane is a microporous membrane prepared by adopting a two-way stretching method, so that the PTFE porous membrane is high in strength, strong in air permeability, smooth in surface, antistatic, strong in hydrophobicity, light and thin in thickness and high in porosity, and the microporous structure is a three-dimensional net-shaped crossed structure; therefore, the product prepared by the invention not only can filter PM2.5, but also is breathable and waterproof, and has a self-purification function; and the reticular supporting layer improves the rigidity and strength of the prepared product, effectively supports the PTFE porous membrane, and ensures the windproof performance and the service life of the product.
一种PTFE防PM2.5窗纱的制作方法:包括(1)网状支撑层选择;(2)涂粘合剂;(3)制PTFE多孔膜;(4)复合四个步骤。按照如上步骤就可以使网状支撑层上复合一层PTFE多孔膜,由于PTFE多孔膜是采用双向拉伸法制备的微孔膜,强度高、透气性强、表明光滑、能抗静电、具有强疏水性,且厚度轻薄,孔隙率高,而且微孔结构为立体网状、交叉结构,从而使得本发明制得的产品不仅可以过滤PM2.5,还可以透气防水,并具有自净化功能;网状支撑层则提升了本发明制得的产品的刚性和强度,对PTFE多孔膜起到了的有效支撑,保证了产品的防风性能以及使用寿命。
