A movable support with the seismic isolation and reduction functions comprises an upper supporting board, a base, a first supporting assembly and a second supporting assembly, wherein the first supporting assembly and the second supporting assembly are arranged between the upper supporting board and the base. The first supporting assembly comprises a metal damper, sliding blocks and a speed governor; the upper end of the metal damper is fixed to the upper supporting board; the sliding blocks are installed on sliding rails of the base and can slide along the sliding rails in a reciprocating mode; the lower end of the metal damper is rotationally and movably connected with the sliding blocks; the sliding blocks can drive the metal damper to slide along the sliding rails; the speed governor is arranged between the base and the sliding blocks and used for generating a damping action on the sliding of the sliding blocks along the sliding rails, so that the sliding blocks only slides along the sliding rails slowly. The second supporting assembly is movably supported between the upper supporting board and the base, and plane sliding, curved face sliding and/or rotation between the upper supporting board and the base are provided. The damping function is generated when relative acceleration motion occurs between a structure and a foundation, the relative movement distance can be controlled, the size is small, the structure is simple, and the movable support can be used in the fields such as seismic isolation and reduction of statically indeterminate structure bridges.
