The invention provides a method for reinforcing a bridge member through a polyurethane-cement composite material and a reinforcing mesh, relates to the method for reinforcing the bridge member, and aims at solving the problems of insufficient interfacial strength, high dead weight, complex construction, long construction period and failure of synchronous improvement of tensile strength and compressive strength of the existing general bridge reinforcing technology. The method comprises the following steps: chiseling the surface of a repair reinforcing part of a concrete structural component of a bridge to obtain a rough surface; cleaning and drying the rough surface; embedding connecting reinforcing steel bars into the repair reinforcing part of the concrete structural component of the bridge; hanging reinforcing mesh pieces on the connecting reinforcing steel bars; welding the reinforcing mesh pieces with the connecting reinforcing steel bars; erecting a die plate; preparing the polyurethane-cement composite material; pouring the polyurethane-cement composite material on the surface layers of the reinforcing mesh pieces; maintaining in the natural conditions. The invention is applicable to the method for reinforcing a bridge member through a polyurethane-cement composite material and a reinforcing mesh.
