The invention discloses a V-shaped head stirring pile-forming machine. The lower end of a drill boom is fixed to the upper end of a motor. A drive box is arranged at the lower end of the motor. A first V-shaped head framework is composed of a front edge, a rear edge, a left edge and a right edge, the left edge is in a V shape, a plurality of second cutting teeth are arranged on the lower portion of the first V-shaped head framework, and a plurality of first cutting teeth are arranged in the first V-shaped head framework.
