The invention relates to flood-drainage, water-supplementing and water-changing pump station junction design for cities and towns. The flood-drainage, water-supplementing and water-changing pump station junction design aims at solving the technical problems of bad management of existing like pump stations, poor urban flood-drainage, water-supplementing and pollution control effect and too high reconstruction cost. A junction comprises a water-supplementing pump station located in an exterior waterway on the side of a main waterway and a drainage pump station arranged in an interior waterway of an urban area and is characterized in that an underground pipeline for enabling the two pump stations to be communicated is arranged between the water-supplementing pump station and the drainage pump station, and the water-supplementing pump station and the drainage pump station are respectively provided with an exterior sluice and an interior sluice and are respectively provided with a control system. Land can be saved by adopting the underground pipeline, and when the water level of the interior waterway is too high, flood is drained through the drainage pump station. When the water level of the interior waterway is too low, water is supplemented through the water-supplementing pump station and the underground pipeline. When pollution occurs in an interior waterway network, water change is performed through the drainage pump station and the underground pipeline. The flood-drainage, water-supplementing and water-changing pump station junction is simple in structure, reasonable in design, low in construction cost, small in investment and good in pollution control effect and is suitable for construction, reconstruction and upgrading of the pump stations of the cities and towns.
