The invention relates to a building prefabricated door buttress assembly and a construction method thereof. The building prefabricated door buttress assembly comprises a prefabricated reinforced concrete door buttress, expansion bolts and polymer bonding mortar. Two ends of the prefabricated reinforced concrete door buttress in the length direction are provided with reserved bolt holes. The diameter of the reserved bolt holes matches with the thread diameter of the expansion bolts. The polymer bonding mortar is applied to the prefabricated reinforced concrete door buttress and allows the same to be fixed to a position where the door mattress to be mounted. The building prefabricated door buttress assembly is simple in structure, reasonable in design and convenient to construct, door buttress engineering quality is effectively improved, occurrence of common building quality problems is decreased, production cost is saved, and construction progress is quickened.
