SLIDING DOOR BUTTRESS SUBSTRATE UNIT, SLIDING DOOR BUTTRESS STRUCTURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding door buttress substrate unit that can be easily installed to a sliding door frame installed at a place with thinner wall thickness of a building and maintain sufficient strength.SOLUTION: A sliding door buttress substrate unit 20 comprises: two substrate materials 21, 21, which are constructed between a mullion 15 constituting a sliding door frame 11 and a door tail side vertical frame and made up of rectangular plates; a connection member 22, which is sandwiched between side end parts 21d, 21d in width direction of the adjacent substrate materials 21, 21 and can integrally connect the substrate materials 21, 21 in a state where the substrate materials 21, 21 are arranged so as to butt against each other at the side end parts 21d, 21d in width direction; a mullion fitting member 23, which can fit the side end part 21d in width direction of the substrate material 21 located on the mullion 15 side to the mullion 15; and floor fitting members 24, 24, which can fit the lower end parts 21c, 21c of the substrate materials 21, 21 to a floor F of a building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
