The invention provides an accurate composite heat-insulation building block. The accurate composite heat-insulation building block comprises a surface layer material and a filling material and has a multilayered structure; the surface layer material which is in the shape of a sheet is arranged on the outer layer of the building block; the filling material is foamed by nitrogen; and the surface layer material wraps the filling material. The accurate composite heat-insulation building block is a silicate product; the service life of the accurate composite heat-insulation building block is the same with that of a building; a heat conductivity coefficient is low, desiccated bulk weight is light, and self heat insulation of a wall body can be implemented; and the accurate composite heat-insulation building block is simple in structure, facilitates construction, and is accurate in self external dimension, high in structure, stable in physical performance indexes and long in service life; secondary plastering is not required; and the accurate composite heat-insulation building block gives a way for reform and development of a wall material.
