A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention relates to an inorganic crystal grindstone integrated terrace system and a construction process thereof. The inorganic crystal grindstone integrated terrace system is composed of high-strength cement, a polymer emulsion, anti-crack polypropylene fibres, and a liquid-state water reducer. The construction process for the terrace system comprises the following steps: carrying out base layer treatment, that is, milling and eliminating a concrete surface layer and various coatings containing the surface layer, with a milling depth of 4-6mm; carrying out treatment for detail nodes such as expansion joints, and washing cleaning for a base layer of the ground; coating an interface agent, that is, a component B, on the base layer; laying wear-resistant mortar, that is, a component A, the component B and a component C, of the inorganic crystal grindstone integrated terrace system; spraying a high-quality concrete seal solidification agent; hardening for 7-10 days, then grinding and levelling, supplementarily spraying the concrete seal solidification agent once, and carrying out polishing treatment; and maintaining for 1-2 days. The inorganic crystal grindstone integrated terrace system disclosed by the invention is environment-friendly, low in energy consumption, seamless, anti-impact, and low in cost, and overcomes the defects of low wear resistance, high ageing possibility, shelling and cracking, short life and the like of epoxy terraces; and the inorganic crystal grindstone integrated terrace system has natural anti-leakage and anti-seepage capacities, and the ground is not liable to pollute, thus saving lots of cleaning workers.
