According to the anti-cracking wear-resistant inorganic concrete terrace and the construction technology thereof, the anti-cracking wear-resistant inorganic concrete terrace comprises a large-gap concrete base body and a high-performance cement-based grouting material filled in the large-gap concrete base body, and concrete manufacturing is divided into two steps that firstly, a large-gap concrete base body framework with coarse aggregate tightly connected and without gaps is manufactured; then gaps of the framework are filled with high-performance cement-based mortar, the inorganic concrete terrace is obtained, and the volume percentage of the large-gap concrete matrix is 55-65%; the volume percentage of the high-performance cement-based grouting material is 35-45%, and the joint cutting distance of the expansion joint of the concrete terrace can reach 20 m or above. The problems of hollowing, cracking and the like are solved, the overall compressive strength of the floor is 40-60 MPa, a traditional leveling layer and a traditional facing layer are combined into a whole, and the construction time is effectively shortened; inorganic mineral materials are adopted, and the environment-friendly requirement is met.
本发明一种抗开裂耐磨无机混凝土地坪及其施工工艺,包括大空隙混凝土基体和填充于大空隙混凝土基体的高性能水泥基灌浆料,将混凝土的制作分为两步:首先制作一个粗集料紧密相接、无间隙的大空隙混凝土基体骨架,然后再用高性能水泥基砂浆将该骨架的空隙填满,获得无机混凝土地坪,大空隙混凝土基体的体积百分比为55‑65%;高性能水泥基灌浆料的体积百分比为35‑45%,混凝土地坪的伸缩缝的切缝间距可达20m以上。本发明解决了空鼓、开裂等问题,地坪整体的抗压强度为40‑60MPa,将传统的找平层和饰面层合为一体,有效缩短施工时间;采用无机矿物材料,满足环保要求。
