The invention discloses a commercial building construction system. The commercial building construction system comprises a core tube part and a peripheral part; the core tube part comprises a wall column, stairs, a floor slab, a beam, an elevator shaft system and an exterior wall; aluminum formworks are adopted for all the wall column, the stairs, the floor slab and the beam of the core tube part; a climbing formwork, which comprises an elevator shaft steel formwork and an elevator shaft worktable, is adopted for the elevator shaft system; a wall climbing formwork, which comprises a wall climbing steel formwork and an exterior wall worktable, is adopted for the exterior wall. The safety of the commercial building construction system is improved, and the construction period is effectively shortened so that the construction cost can be reduced.
