Reinforcing device for small-diameter concrete cylindrical molding board
The invention discloses a reinforcing device for a small-diameter concrete cylindrical molding board. The reinforcing device comprises four limiting plates, two opposite-pulling screws, four U-shaped clamping bases and four fixing nuts, wherein a semicircular notch is formed in the side edge at one side of each limiting plate; after being spliced, the semicircular notches of every two limiting plates form two middle clamping layers which are respectively used for clamping butt-joint side edges of two pillar moulds in butt joint; the two opposite-pulling screws are arranged between upper and lower middle clamping layers in parallel; the four U-shaped clamping bases are respectively arranged on four end heads of the two opposite-pulling screws in a sleeving mode, and each U-shaped clamping base is simultaneously buckled on same-side side edges of upper and lower middle clamping layers; and the four fixing nuts are respectively screwed on four end heads of the two opposite-pulling screws to clamp the four U-shaped clamping bases. The reinforcing device can effectively prevent a butt-join seam of the upper and lower pillar moulds from problems of a honeycomb, a pitted surface and slab staggering, and has a relatively good application prospect.
