The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and discloses a concrete structure reinforcing device which comprises a protection assembly arranged on the peripheral side of a concrete structure in a sleeving mode, and the shape of the protection assembly is matched with that of the concrete structure; the fixing assembly comprises at least two fixing plates and a locking piece connected with the two fixing plates, and the two fixing plates define a first annular space used for installing the protection assembly; the locking pieces are arranged at the ends, close to each other, of the two fixing plates. The supporting assembly comprises a first supporting rod and a second supporting rod, one end of the first supporting rod is connected with the fixing plate, and the other end of the first supporting rod is arranged in the second supporting rod in a penetrating mode and stretches out and draws back relative to the second supporting rod through a buffering structure. By arranging the buffer structure between the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod of the supporting assembly, the buffer structure can absorb part of impact force acting on the concrete structure during ground vibration, damage to the concrete structure caused by ground vibration is reduced, and the service life of the concrete structure is prolonged.
