The invention discloses a floorslab post-cast strip template and a template installing method. The floorslab post-cast strip template is formed by splicing a plurality of subtemplates; each subtemplate comprises a male template and a female template; the male templates and the female templates are spliced in an alternating manner; stepped surfaces sunk towards the same side are arranged at parts, close to two side edges, of the female templates; splicing parts matched with the stepped surfaces are arranged at parts, close to two side edges, of the male templates; the splicing parts fit the stepped surfaces; a fixing piece capable of fixing or separating each stepped surface and the corresponding splicing part is arranged between the stepped surface and the corresponding splicing part. The template installing method is applicable to the template. With adoption of the template installing method, installation of the floorslab post-cast strip template is facilitated, recycling of the template is also facilitated, and the construction cost is reduced.
