The invention provides a post-cast strip water-stop steel plate and demolition-free template net installing method comprising the following steps of: a. fixing an upper vertical rebar and a lower vertical rebar to the top and the bottom of a water-stop steel plate; b. welding a diagonal bracing rebar to the inclined edge of one side of the water-stop steel plate; c. bundling horizontal rebars and a demolition-free template net by using iron wires; d. fixedly installing the demolition-free template net to a rebar skeleton; e. casting a mortar enclosure concrete strip as long as a bottom rebar at the position of a construction joint of a post-cast strip; f. placing the installed demolition-free template net and the water-stop steel plate at the position of the post-cast strip and placing the bottom rebar on the mortar enclosure concrete strip; g. arranging a batten enclosure concrete strip as long as a top rebar on the top rebar. The post-cast strip water-stop steel plate and demolition-free template net installing method has the advantages that the using amount of rebars is reduced, the welding amount of the rebars and the water-stop steel plate is reduced, the construction speed is increased and the water-stop effect is good.
