The invention provides a foldable stretching-type limiting device for a parking space. The foldable stretching-type limiting device comprises a support; a first pin roll is arranged on the base; a first limiting rod is arranged on the first pin roll; the swinging end of the first limiting rod is provided with a second limiting rod through a second pin roll; the swinging end of the second limiting rod is provided with a third limiting rod through a third pin roll; the foldable stretching-type limiting device further comprises a fixing base used for fixing the third limiting rod; a quadrangle is defined by the connection line between the support and the fixing base, the first limiting rod, the second limiting rod and the third limiting rod; the second pin roll and the third pin roll are both pin rolls with countersink heads, and the other ends of the second and third pin rolls are riveted to countersink heads or are connected through threads to limit the relative positions of the corresponding limiting rods; and the corresponding positions of the corresponding limiting rods are provided with countersink pin roll holes or threaded holes matched with the corresponding pin rolls. The foldable stretching-type limiting device has the advantages that the structure is simple; the assembly is convenient; the limiting range is wide; and the arrangement is flexible.
