The invention discloses a mechanism for ascending and descending of a car window. The mechanism comprises glass (3) and a drive device. The drive device comprises a bracket (4), a first supporting block (5), a second supporting block (6), a vertical sliding block (7), a horizontal sliding block (8), a cylinder (9) and a motor (10). Guide columns (23) are arranged below the bracket (4), guide sleeves (24) are arranged on a door plate (1), and the guide columns (23) are sleeved with the guide sleeves (24). The bracket (4) is provided with a pressure sensor, and the second supporting block (6) is provided with a controller used for controlling the cylinder (9) to work. The pressure sensor is in signal connection with the controller, and the controller is connected with the cylinder (9) through signals. The mechanism for ascending and descending of the car window is stable in glass brake work and low in production cost.
