Retarding water reducer and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a concrete admixture technology, and provides a retarding water reducer and a preparation method thereof. The retarding water reducer is produced from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of TPEG, 0.3-0.6 part of hydrogen peroxide, 0.2-0.6 part of mercaptoacetic acid, 10-15 parts of acrylic acid, 0.2-0.3 part of ascorbic acid and 190-300 parts of water. The preparation condition of the preparation method of the retarding water reducer can be met through only simply adjusting the temperature, the preparation technology is simple, and the preparation method is convenient to implement; the prepared retarding water reducer conforms to the construction requirement, the coagulation time of concrete can be prolonged to 2 hours or above, and sufficient opening time is provided for construction.
