The invention provides a low-hydration heat retarding water reducer for mass concrete, and a preparation method thereof. 1000 parts by mass of the water reducer are mainly prepared from 22.4 to 22.9 parts of an alcohol head fraction, 303.2 to 311.2 parts of a cyclic monomer, 1.1 to 1.7 parts of a catalyst, 45.5 to 46.7 parts of an acid substance, 2.5 to 6.1 parts of a reducing agent, 2.4 to 3.9 parts of an initiator, 7.9 to 13.4 parts of a neutralizing agent, 0.6 to 1.2 parts of a chain transfer agent, and the balance of deionized water. Acrylic acid, the alcohol head fraction and a self-made polyether monomer with a certain molecular weight are polymerized through free radical polymerization reaction, so that the adsorption and dispersion retention capability of the water reducer is greatly enhanced, and the retarding type polyether water reducer with good adsorbability and good dispersion effect is prepared.
本发明提供一种低水化热缓凝性大体积混凝土用减水剂及其制备方法。以1000质量份计,所述减水剂主要由以下几种原料制备而成:22.4‑22.9份醇头、303.2‑311.2份环状单体、1.1‑1.7份催化剂、45.5‑46.7份酸类物质、2.5‑6.1份还原剂、2.4‑3.9份引发剂、7.9‑13.4份中和剂、0.6‑1.2份链转移剂,其余为去离子水。通过自由基聚合反应将丙烯酸、醇头与自制一定分子量的聚醚单体进行聚合,大大增强减水剂的吸附与分散保持能力,制备了一种吸附性好、分散作用好的缓凝型聚醚类减水剂。
