Self-healing type bituminous concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses self-healing type bituminous concrete and a preparation method thereof. The self-healing type bituminous concrete is prepared from, by mass, 100 parts of mineral material, 5-6 parts of SBS modified bitumen and 1.5-2.5 parts of magnetic metal. The preparation method includes the following steps of firstly, preheating mineral material, modified bitumen and magnetic metal to obtain preheated mineral material, preheated modified bitumen and preheated magnetic metal respectively; secondly, mixing and stirring preheated mineral material, preheated modified bitumen and preheated magnetic metal to obtain a mixture; thirdly, forming the mixture to obtain the self-healing type bituminous concrete. The self-healing type bituminous concrete is more uniform in grade distribution, and the surface contact of concrete and steel wool is tighter; due to the steel wool, the rigidity of the bituminous concrete is enhanced, the bituminous concrete is prevented from cracking; by heating the steel wool through electromagnetic waves, bitumen is softened, and a bituminous pavement is healed again. The service life of the bituminous pavement is prolonged, traffic delay time is shortened, maintenance expenses are saved, and economic and social benefits are good.
