Self-healing concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses self-healing concrete and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly immobilizing microorganisms and required nutrient substances on ceramsite in a soaking manner, then uniformly mixing the ceramsite with mineral materials such as cement, and performing pouring to form concrete. In a proper maintenance environment, microorganisms generate calcium carbonate to bond sand and the like into a whole, so that pores or cracks are filled, crack repair is finally realized, and the impermeability and durability of the structure areensured. Ceramsite is used as a carrier, so that on one hand, the living environment of bacteria can be improved, death caused by a high-alkali environment in concrete is prevented, and the remediation efficiency is improved; and on the other hand, the ceramsite is used as a light porous material, has the effects of heat preservation and heat insulation, and has great research value and application potential.
本发明公开了一种自愈合混凝土及其制备方法。该制备方法将微生物和所需的营养物质首先以浸泡的方式固载到陶粒上,然后与水泥等矿物材料均匀混合,浇筑形成混凝土。在合适的养护环境下,微生物产生碳酸钙将砂等胶结成为整体,从而填充孔隙或裂缝,最终实现裂缝修复,保证结构的抗渗性和耐久性。本发明以陶粒作为载体,一方面能改善细菌的生存环境,防止因混凝土中的高碱环境而死亡,从而提高修复效率;另一方面陶粒作为一种轻质多孔材料,有保温隔热的作用,具有很大的研究价值和应用潜力。
